During this workshop, participants will be introduced to the latest research and strategies for creating learning mindsets that build classroom culture and foster curiosity as a vehicle for growth, including: 1. Sense of Belonging--"I belong in this academic community." 2. Self-Efficacy--"I can succeed at this." 3. Relevance/Purpose--"This work has value for me." 4. Growth Mindset--"My ability and competencies grow with my effort."
